Had the space of the top floor, good bedroom and storage, great bathroom and a lounge/kitchenette. Balcony was nice to sit and have breakfast in the fresh air. Loved the space.

Clodagh is the perfect host, the place is spotless & her continental breakfasts are fabulous. The B&B covers the entire top floor of the house, comprising two bedrooms either side of a shared large bathroom. A large mezzanine room links the two bedrooms and leads to a small balcony, which is perfect for having breakfast and watching TV. There's little sense that you are sharing a house with anyone downstairs & the kitchenette, while small, has a fridge, microwave and sink. The location is great, even if you don't have a car, as the bus stop is right outside the front door, with buses every half hour to either Whitfords or Warwick train station. It's a 5 minute walk to the closest cafe's & shops, and the bus to Whitfords goes via Hillary's Boat Harbour.

Clodagh was an excellent host. So attentive and punctual with all correspondance. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable. Super large rooms and extra large bathroom. Perfect resting place and large lounge area with kitchen facitlies and TV. We couldn't be happier. Close to Hillary's Boat Harbour and ideal to catch the ferries to Rottnest Island which was a highlight aside from a surprise wedding celebration.

The accomodation was exceptional, very clean and had everything we needed. loved the balcony, a beautiful spot to sit and relax. the bathroom was amazing having two vanities, one for the kids and one for the adults, shower was fantastic and the spa bath was an extra luxury. Beds were comfy and the lounge area was a great space for family time. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Codagh and Alan for having us in your beautiful home and being so accommodating ❤️

A peaceful, comfortable stay in a great location. We received a friendly welcome from Alan on arrival. The accommodation covers the top floor of the hosts beautiful house so it was incredibly spacious. We made good use of the balcony at breakfast time. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom spacious with a powerful shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Clodagh kindly took us to the supermarket for breakfast supplies (as we were on foot). Although the property is on a regular bus route, we left in a Sunday and Alan dropped us at the train station. A perfect stay. Will definitely return and would recommend.

The host is as great as they come. Cleanliness is off the charts excellent. The set up is astronomical- private, secure, comfy. Rooms: you get a seperate lounge, balcony, massive bathroom w choice of bathtub or big shower, excellent huge bedroom, we had the one w the large bed and walk in wardrobe. Fridge, microwave, tv, wifi. Clodagh will pop your laundry in for you. Honestly, just stay there.

The host was lovely and the accommodation was clean. I would have liked to have seen fresh water in the fridge upon arrival ,unfortunately the wifi was slow and their was no Netflix for night time relaxation, but overall it was clean and the host did prepare breakfast for my husband that is vegan .

Bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Nice size room and huge lux bathroom with a spa bath. Everything about this place was comfort!

What a beautiful place to stay,so comfortable,quiet and relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony was so relaxing having a cuppa. The shower was absolutely amazing with the water pressure. Our hosts were amazing ,friendly, very warm and inviting and helpful. This is now my top place to stay as it was central to all my needs. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay .I give this a 10 out of 10.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

The house is lovely. The room is very spacious, with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We loved being near the beach, with very good cafes available at a short walk. Also the bus stops just in front of the house, so really handy.
